Statistics for 2007 - Kirk is still in PCUSA???

IF you check out the statistics that PC(USA) has on-line for several churches which left in 2006, The statistics page for each church has fake (duplicates of 2005) numbers in 2006 and 2007 for Membership, Females and Adherents! There are many that left in 2007, that are still there, but I have a hard time faulting the inclusion of those in the 2007 numbers, but what about current numbers?

If these were used in the numbers announced at GA2008, the lost (57,572) is much larger by at LEAST 3,000.

  2. Thanks! I still fighting to land my software in the "boat" (I know you like to fish) with the 2007 data. File Format changed by the PCUSA, that I failed to change. Getting close though.

  3. There is a reason that the PCUSA is leaving the churches that vote to disafilliate on their "official" records. If the PCUSA deletes these churches it would be an admission that the denomination accepts their votes to disaffiliate as being "legitimate."

You can bet the PCUSA attorneys advised the departing churches be left on all "official" records.

The Kirk has officially become a part of the EPC. The PCUSA's failure to acknowledge this is their problemm not ours.

By the way, we are still awaiting the decision of Judge Sellers concerning the ownership of the Kirk building and property. Pray that he will see that a having a deed listing listing the Kirk of the Hills Corporation as the sole owner and paying all the bills equals legal ownership.
