    A Presbytery vote of 45 to 20 !!??!!

    Was even a quorum present?? From a cursory glance at the PSL website, there are about 65 to 70 congregations. With only 65 commissioners at Presbytery, how many were 'specialized' clergy, how many were elders, how many pastors and elders were NOT able to attend due to Ike ??

    Talk about a kangaroo court.
