Kirk and EOP still throwing Paperwork at each other!

If you check the official court site, Kirk paid for "Certification of Record on Accelerated Appeal" and EOP filed "Response to Kirk's (11-12) Proposed Judgement"

I assume all of this is just in case the "Deal" falls through.

    The 27 page agreement between EOP, PCUSA, and the Kirk regarding the Kirk's purchase of the property is posted on the Kirk website.

    If EOP does not approve the agreement at their 12/2 meeting, the agreement is null and void, and the Kirk will appeal the ruling.

    After all that has happened to the Kirk, nothing is being taken for granted. If this settlement falls through, we will continue the fight for the property in court.
