More Legal Documents

I have found that Ohio, has a website with all of the court documents for each case. I have posted a link to the court, clerk, and case number for Hudson Presbyterian Church. To see the documents directly:
  • click the the CLERK link
  • click "Records Search" buried in the header of the page
  • click accept the terms
  • click civil
  • click search by Court case number
  • then enter the court case number: CV-2006-09-6162
  • click on "Dockets" at top of screen, to see ALL of the documents.
  • Success!

    You may want to add Evangelical PC of Plant City, Florida to your list of PCUSA churches that have left. I believe in about 1995 that around 300 members of the First PC (PCUSA) of Plant City left to form the Evangelical PC (EPC)of Plant City.
