UPDATED 2x 11 year Data + Inactive,Gain,Lost,Birth,Death,PerCap

I added 11 years worth of data to my database. I also added 2006: Inactive, Gain, Lost, Birth, Death to the Presbytery summary. I have CSV (spreadsheet) files for each Presbytery - just ask. As soon as my real site is up the files will be up for everyone. Just Added Per-Capita $42 Million Total Update 2: Added Mission Exp, Capital Exp, Building Income, Pgm Exp
