No News.
If someone will leave a comment, even anonymously, with an update, that would be nice. Some churches in EOP are waiting on the case, so they too can leave, without fear of lawsuits.
- What is the hold up?
- Is the Judge over scheduled?
- Are negotiations underway?
- Are the Lawyers for one side or the other busy?
UPDATE: So you don't have to open the comments. Judge Sellers is considering a ruling, and is a very thorough judge and takes his time when making a ruling.
THe Kirk filed its final sur-reply 5/19/08. The official approval of the extension of the sur-reply was entered 5/23/08.

You can check for a decision on the Kirk case by going to the Tulsa District Court website and doing a docket search. Enter the case number (CJ-2006-05063) and you will see all the official information as to what was filed, by whom, and the date.

I have a DIRECT link to the case on the Kirk legal page, but as you noted, nothing has changed since May 19 with the sur-reply.
As you may have guessed, the latest GA has accelerated plans to leave.
