Conference Call with all Parties agreed to the new date.
I was notified around 8:30 *PM* Wed night that is was "canceled" due to "Administrative Conflict", by subscribing to the Kirk email list, even though I don't live there and am not a member...
Layman Article: New hearing date in Kirk property dispute is Sept. 9
BTW I am planning to attend this trial and will blog results as soon after the trial that I can. The Tulsa library has free Wi-fi "next door" to the courthouse.

Whoa! What's going on there???
BTW--I really appreciate your website and your work on keeping us informed!
The story I heard today is, the Judge lost the folder!!
More info from EOP meeting:
Several commissioners stated they will oppose an appeal by EOP. Too much money, too much time spent on the trial.
What, you mean the purpose of a judicatory of a gathering of churches is not for the purpose of suing other Christians over property? ;)
(I'm glad they might be figuring that out.)
There are evangelical churches in EOP. Many of them are running scared and are not speaking up. One of my elders that is evangelical is of the stay and fight camp. Others like me, are ready to shake the dust off of our feet. I would be ashamed if I was liberal and knew I was intimidating the other side into silence.
