I agree it is old.
ReplyDeleteThe website I quoted popped up on my news scanner. When I went there to read it, their website does not show a byline date like most newspaper sites. Then the article talks about "last month" with no way to relate to an actual date. Not very professional. With all of the possible ways to appeal and request re-hearing, it is hard to guess is this is new or old.
