News from Naming His Grace:On May 6th, At the Sacramento Presbytery meeting in Weed, the Presbytery voted NOT to appeal the court's ruling that First Presbyterian Church of Roseville California owned their property.
On May 13, 2008, the Synod Permanent Judicial Commission (PJC) ordered a stay of enforcement and ordered (thru the Moderator/State Clerk) the presbytery's attorney to file a timely notice of appeal of the judgment.
