EOP appears to be taking a "buy it or vacate" strategy. If we want to appeal, we will have to leave the building. While legal, it comes across as mean spirited and punitive rather than pastoral.
Jim_l,
The Pharisees don't want you 'polluting' the property with your reckless ideas about freedom, radical commitment to a Savior and such.
Or they want to sell it to Muslims...
Probably the latter
the EOP represenatatives are employing an out and out mean spirited, bullying, and fear tactic. They do not want to allow for due process of law or operate in a Christian manner. We are not depriving EOP of anything by using the building during the appeal. They plan to sell the building eventually (assuming they win), so we are not preventing any other activities of the PCUSA during teh appeal.
I want to attend, but only if it Kirk allows me. I don't want to intrude.
