- Court: EOP wins, Final delayed AGAIN!
- EOP: Option 1: Pay Up($1.5M) and Shut UP (no appeal)
- EOP: Option 2: Vacate NOW, EOP asks for $2-3M, appeal optional
- EOP Summary: Take the bribe (less cost) or Take the Stick (money, money, money)
- Kirk: Option 3: Rent during appeal (turned down by EOP)
- Kirk: Option 4: Walk, forget Appeal, risk $$$ (turned down by EOP)
I see not grace from EOP, I only see hate, anger, and denial of the facts and denial of the love and grace of Jesus Christ.

since you disagree with the EOP, you assign anything coming from them as hate-filled. Where is there any grace grace in your attitude toward the EOP?
As a member of EOP and an Elder, I have *seen* the attitudes of the delegates to Presbytery. I have looked in their eyes and seen the hate for myself!
The EOP doesn't want the Kirk building; they want money. The facts are as follows (from the official PCUSA stats). The Kirk's average Sunday attendance is around 1200 at 5 services-3 traditional & 2 contemporary. 1st Pres. Tulsa has an average of 771 per Sunday at 3 services--2 traditional & one semi-comtemporary.
Average Sunday attendance at other churches in the area are: 145 at Southminster, 151 at John Knox, 130at John Calvin, 85 at Trinity, and 169 at St. James in Jenks.
The numbers tell the story. Go to the PCUSA website and look at the 10 year congregational stats for the EOP churches. They are declining and dying congregations.
It's obvious from the attendance numbers that Presbyterians in Tulsa are looking for a theologically sound church with Bible based preaching and sound teaching of the Scripture.
If the members of EOP were truly concerned about spreading the gospel, bringing people to salvation, nurturing them in faith, and sending them out in service they would give the Kirk members the property they bought and paid for and send them on their way with God's blessing.
The members of the Kirk only want what they bought and paid for with their own funds. In 1969 EOP gave the Kirk a quit claim deed in which they gave up any rights to the property. This was done when the mortgage on the property was fully paid by the Kirk.
What's so wrong with wanting what you paid for?
A Kirk member
